PTES offers Bearing Heaters for applications i.e. Fans , pumps , motor or any other application where bearings or shrink fittings are involved.

These heaters replace conventional fitment of bearings by press. As close tolerance of machined components is not required, this reduces the rejection to zero. These heaters provide localised heating for the bearings. Inner surface of the bearing gets expanded due to the heating and can be easily mounted on the shaft. In this, tubular heaters are aluminium casted, because of that these are rugged and shockproof. Localised heating proves time and energy saving. Attachment is provided with heater to suit the ID of job to be heated. Because of this same heater can be used for different bearings. In case of wearing out of attachment, attachment can be easily replaced, as it is fixed to heater by screw. Thermocouple with temp. controller can be provided to control temp. of the heater. This prevents heater from getting over heated.
