PTES offers Band Heaters for various industrial applications e.g. Injection Moulding machines & Plastic extruder machines, where plastic material is heated in cylindrical sections.Low mass construction of these heaters provide fast heatup and response to controls.

These heaters are of two types :

1. Mica band heaters- made up of mica insulation.

2. Ceramic band heaters - made up of ceramic insulators.

Ceramic band heaters have longer life and can accommodate more power, but the mica band heaters are cheaper.

We also offer heating blankets to avoid heat losses and achieve the desired temp. with minimum heat input.
